WHAT?

What is a small group?

A small group is a group of 6-12 people that meet on a regular basis to fellowship, pray, have fun, and learn how to apply God’s Word in their lives. At Three Rivers Church, our small groups desire to experience authentic Christian community.

WHY?

Why is it important to me?

Well, Jesus transformed a small group of men into the founders of his church. That church lived in small groups. ?....they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.? (Acts 2:45-46) It is the goal of Three Rivers Church to keep people connected through small groups as the church continues to grow. Small groups are an excellent way to meet friends you may never get to know on Sunday morning. Small groups are an exciting way to experience true life changing community.

WHO?

Who can join a small group?

Anyone who has a desire to draw closer to the Lord, develop new and deeper relationships, and experience authentic Christian community. We have many different types of small groups. We have groups for those who want a specific age or peer group, to serve in various areas, to focus on prayer, or a combination of the above.
